Jim and Beth currently serve with The Navigators as the New York City Directors. Previously they served with The Navigators as a Campus Director, EDGE Corps Director and U.S. Collegiate Director of The Navigators. In college Jim was discipled by an older Navigator student. This experience eternally altered his life and gave him a vision for spiritually multiplying his life. Jim and Beth have been married for 30 years. They have three sons in their twenties who all work in ministry.
